With your remote control, click the On Demand button
From the On Demand Main Menu on your TV screen, scroll to the second page and select the Help & Services folder
Select the Project NOT ME folder
Highlight the episode you want to watch and choose Select. This will bring you to the information screen
Select the eye to begin viewing the episode

Yes, you can pause your Project NOT ME episode at any time and finish watching it later. All Project NOT ME episodes will be available for viewing until the study is complete at month 12.

How can I keep track of the episodes I’ve watched?

This Welcome Kit provides you with a simple tracking tool where you can mark the episodes you’ve watched and see the episodes that are left.
